Stavba se nachází v zastavěném území města Plzně v areálu bývalého pivovaru Světovar nacházejícím se na rozhraní obytné a průmyslové zóny městské části Slovany. Parkovací dům se třemi podzemními patry a pěti nadzemními o celkové kapacitě 433 parkovacích stání. Půdorysné rozměry jsou 49 m x 34,5 m, objem železobetonu je cca 6300 m3. Nosná konstrukce je navržena jako železobetonový skelet se ztužujícími obvodovými stěnami v příčném směru a ztužujícími stěnami ve dvou protilehlých rozích, kde se nachází schodiště a výtahové šachty. Bezprůvlaková stropní deska o tloušťce 270 mm spirálovitě stoupá a umožňuje parkování i v šikmých plochách. Sloupy jsou rozmístěny v modulu 8,1 x 7,6 m. Objekt je založen na pilotách se spolupůsobící základovou deskou.

The building is located in the built-up area of the city of Pilsen in the area of the former Světovar brewery located on the border of the residential and industrial zones of the Slovany district. The parking house with three underground floors and five above-ground floors with a total capacity of 433 parking spaces. The floor plan dimensions are 49 m x 34.5 m, the volume of reinforced concrete is approximately 6300 m3. The supporting structure is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with reinforcing perimeter walls in the transverse direction and reinforcing walls in two opposite corners, where the staircase and elevator shafts are located. The 270 mm thick, beamless ceiling slab rises in a spiral and allows parking even on sloping surfaces. The columns are arranged in a module of 8.1 x 7.6 m. The building is based on piles with a cooperating foundation slab.
