Cílem tohoto projektu byla modernizace a ekologizace Teplárny Brno-sever. Původní technologie ze 70tých let bylo třeba nahradit. Stávající kotle na zemní plyn jsou nahrazeny kotlem na štěpku.
Pro společnost ALLCONS a.s. nebyla tato zakázka zajímavá z hlediska rozsahu, ale komplexnosti. Naše společnost na tomto projektu působila v pozici koordinátora dílčích celků, projektanta ocelových konstrukcí a potrubních systémů, zpracovatel dílenské dokumentace a v neposlední řadě i dodavatel ocelových konstrukcí.
Koordinace mezi jednotlivými profesemi byla vedena pomocí Trimble connect, projekční a dílenská dokumentace ocelové konstrukce byla tvořena v Tekla Structures. Protože se na daném projektu jednalo o rekonstrukci, bylo nedílnou součástí prací využití 3d skenovacího zařízení Trimble X9. Díky získanému mračnu bodů a jeho následnému nahrání do Tekla Structures bylo snazší koordinovat jednotlivé profese z hlediska využití stávající konstrukce nebo odhalení případných kolizí.
The aim of this project was the modernisation and ecologisation of the Brno-sever Heating Plant. The original technology from the 1970s had to be replaced. The existing natural gas boilers were replaced with a wood chip boiler.
For ALLCONS a.s. this contract was interesting not in terms of scope but in terms of complexity. Our company worked on this project as a coordinator of sub-units, designer of steel structures and piping systems, preparer of workshop documentation and, last but not least, supplier of steel structures.
The coordination between the different professions was managed by Trimble connect, the design and workshop documentation of the steel structure was created in Tekla Structures. As the project was a reconstruction, the use of a Trimble X9 3d scanning device was an integral part of the work. Thanks to the point cloud obtained and its subsequent upload to Tekla Structures, it was easier to coordinate the different trades in terms of using the existing structure or detecting any potential clashes.
