Projekt kongresového hotelu a přístavby garáží stojící v blízkosti řeky Labe. Hotel je sedmipodlažní železobetonová konstrukce s jedním podzemním podlažím. Garáže mají jedno podzemní a jedno nadzemní podlaží. Založení objektů je řešeno na vrtaných pilotách s nutností se vyhnout pilotám původního objektu. Komunikace mezi ASŘ a statickou částí probíhala pomocí IFC i DWG výkresů.

A project of a congress hotel and parking house located near the river Elbe. Hotel is a seven-story reinforced concrete structure with one underground floor. The parking house has one underground and one above-ground floor. The foundation of buildings is designed on drilled piles with a need to avoid the piles of the original building. Communication between the architects and static was solved by IFC files and dwg drawings.
