Główną konstrukcję jednego z dwudziestu jeden domów mieszkalnych w zabudowie szeregowej stanowiły prefabrykowane ściany żelbetowe. W ścianach zostały wprowadzone instalacje wodne i elektryczne, akcesoria montażowe i transportowe a także łączniki do stropu z płyt sprężonych.

The main structure of one of the twenty-one wide-block dwellings consisted of precast reinforced concrete walls. Water and electrical installations, assembly and transport accessories as well as connectors to the prestressed slab floor were inserted into the walls.
