Ocelová konstrukce, jejíž prostorová stabilita je zajištěna kombinací víceposchoďových rámů a příhradových ztužidel. Konstrukce nese textilní filtry, kouřovody a technologické zařízení (nádrže, dopravníky, čerpadla, potrubí) včetně obslužných plošin, lávek a schodišť. Ve výpočtu byly uvažovány dvě hlavní kombinace zatěžovacích stavů – montážní (technologie bez náplně + vítr) a provozní (technologie s náplněmi a tlaky, bez větru).

The object of this statical calculation is a steel structure, which spatial stability is secured by a combination of multistorey frames (cross direction) and lattice bracings (longitudinal direction). This structure carries out Bag filters (BHF), ducts and technological equipment, as weel as platforms, approaching walkways and stairs. The main columns are anchored on the top of concrete structure on the level +11,9 m, the top of structure is on level +35,0 m. All the structure is almost symetrirical due to the longitudinal central axis. The symetrical parts divided by the central axis are named “Line 1” and “Line 2” according to the the technological parts they belongs to. The symetry of platforms is not perfect, that is why there was necessary to model all the structure, not only its half. In longitudinal direction, the part nearest to stack and boiler house has the structure for ducts from condenser to stack and condenser bypasses (15,7 m), for ducts from boiler to bag filter (+21,6 m), technological platforms (+25,17 m), buffer tank platforms (+31,67 and +35,0 m) and a lot of smaller platforms for approach to condensers, humidifier etc. The ducts from BHF to ID fans and further to quenches (scrubbers) are supported by steel structures aside. Next part of the steel structure carries bag filters (BHF), two lines of five filters for each Line, together 4 lines a 5 filters. The filters are supported on the top of steel structure on +20,5 m, their top is on the +31,5 m. The raw gas input and clean gas output is provided by plenums, side ducts positioned in the room between filter lines. The filters are provided by residues cones going down to the level +15,7 m. There are chutes, ducts and rotary screws for transport of residues. The platforms at +15,7 and +14,4 are designed for the supporting of these devices and for approach to them.
