Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa hotelu sieci Omni w mieście Frisco, w stanie Teksas. Jest to największy tego typu obiekt w Stanach, w jego skład wchodzi również siedziba PGA, wraz z centrum treningowym. Wyzwaniem podczas tego projektu – oprócz jego rozległości i niekończącej się koordynacji – były przeszło 40-metrowe kratownice nad jedną z sal balowych. Na potrzeby modelowania m.in. marek do montowania belek zespół tworzył custom componenty, ze względu na ich skomplikowanie i zastosowanie nietypowych rozwiązań
Całkowita waga stali to 1178 ton, natomiast model składa się z 13788 elementów.

This project is a new Omni PGA Resort in Frisco, TX. This is the largest resort currently in development in the country, it will also house the North American PGA headquarters, along with a training centre. The challenges here – apart from the sheer size of the job and the neverending coordination – was modelling of the over 40-metre long trusses over one of the ballrooms. For the purpose of modeling the – among others – embed plates for beam attachment the team developed custom components, due to their complexity and unique solutions.
Total steel weight is 1178 tonnes, the model consist of 13788 elements.
