Podkarpackie Centrum Lekkoatletyczne to nowoczesna inwestycja sportowa realizowana przy ul. Wyspiańskiego w Rzeszowie, na terenie istniejącego stadionu Resovii. Projekt zakłada stworzenie funkcjonalnej i nowoczesnej infrastruktury sportowej spełniającej wymagania Polskiego Związku Lekkiej Atletyki oraz międzynarodowych federacji sportowych, umożliwiającej organizację zawodów sportowych na wysokim poziomie.
Obiekt obejmuje stadion z pełnowymiarową bieżnią lekkoatletyczną, infrastrukturą przeznaczoną do rozgrywania konkurencji technicznych oraz zapleczem dla zawodników i obsługi wydarzeń sportowych. W ramach inwestycji przewidziano również trybuny dla widzów, pomieszczenia techniczne i administracyjne, a także strefy obsługi zawodów. Stadion zaprojektowano jako przestrzeń otwartą, dostosowaną zarówno do organizacji profesjonalnych zawodów sportowych, jak i do codziennych treningów oraz aktywności rekreacyjnej mieszkańców.
Obiekt posadowiono bezpośrednio na stopach, ławach oraz płytach fundamentowych wykonywanych w technologii żelbetowej monolitycznej. Główne elementy konstrukcyjne stadionu zaprojektowano elementy prefabrykowane żelbetowe. Konstrukcję nośną stanowią m.in. słupy, belki zębate oraz elementy trybun. Strop galerii komunikacyjnej wokół stadionu oraz stropy budynku klubowego zaprojektowano jako żelbetowe elementy monolityczne.
Podstawowym elementem głównej konstrukcji stalowej zadaszenia są jednospadowe płatwie kratowe o rozpiętościach 15,10 m oraz 13,915 m. Elementy te, rozmieszczone w rozstawie od 5,40 do 6,725 m, zaprojektowano jako wspornikowo mocowane do żelbetowych słupów konstrukcyjnych. Wysokość osiowa kratownicy wynosi 1,92 m. Na płatwiach kratowych, w rozstawie 2,92 m, zaprojektowano płatwie wykonane z belek gorącowalcowanych IPE140 pracujące jako belki ciągłe. Konstrukcję stalową dachu pokryto blachą trapezową o wysokim profilu, przy nachyleniu połaci wynoszącym 5%.
Podkarpackie Centrum Lekkoatletyczne is a modern sports investment located on Wyspiańskiego Street in Rzeszów, on the site of the existing Resovia stadium. The project aims to create a functional and contemporary sports infrastructure that meets the requirements of the Polish Athletic Association as well as international athletics federations, enabling the organization of sporting events at a high competitive level.
The facility includes a stadium with a full-size athletics track, infrastructure dedicated to technical field events, and supporting facilities for athletes and event operations. The investment also provides spectator stands, technical and administrative rooms, and dedicated areas for event services. The stadium has been designed as an open space adapted both for professional competitions and for everyday training sessions as well as recreational activities for local residents.
The structure is founded directly on reinforced concrete footings, strip foundations, and foundation slabs cast in situ. The main structural elements of the stadium have been designed using precast reinforced concrete components. The load-bearing structure consists, among others, of columns, toothed beams, and prefabricated grandstand elements. The gallery slab surrounding the stadium, as well as the slabs of the club building, were designed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
The primary elements of the main steel roof structure are mono-pitch lattice purlins with spans of 15.10 m and 13.915 m. These elements, spaced between 5.40 m and 6.725 m, are designed as cantilevered members fixed to reinforced concrete columns. The structural depth of the truss is 1.92 m. Secondary purlins made of hot-rolled IPE140 beams, designed as continuous beams, are spaced at 2.92 m along the lattice purlins. The steel roof structure is covered with high-profile trapezoidal steel sheeting, with a roof slope of 5%.
