In this project apartments and shops are in the center of the city. The project is divided into two parts, because of the current location of the Albert Heijn supermarket. First, a new supermarket will be realized, together with a parking lot on the ground floor. There are 12 condominiums above the parking lot, all with a private roof garden or balcony, two penthouses with roof terraces and a shared roof garden. After that a second building will be realized at the current location of the supermarket. In this building spaces for restaurants and catering are provided on the ground floor, with 12 apartments and 3 penthouses.
