Gezien wij in de afbouw fase werken, is het van belang dat alles precies past (op 1 mm nauwkeurigheid). Als dat het niet doet zie je dat in het eindproduct.
Op basis van een stramien aangegeven op een CAD tekening en aangeleverd door de klant, was het de bedoeling dat de glaswanden in een golvende patroon uitgezet zou worden. Dit lukte middels Tekla waarbij we in het zelfde model alle aluminium profielen direct op maat hadden met de bijbehorende hoeken waarop ze gezaagd moesten worden. Door deze te labelen was uiteindelijk een complex ogend project toch makkelijk in uitvoering.
As we work in the completion phase, it is important that everything fits exactly (to 1 mm accuracy). If it does not, you will see that in the end product.
Based on a pattern indicated on a CAD drawing and supplied by the customer, it was intended that the glass walls would be laid out in a wavy pattern. This was achieved through Tekla, in which we had all the needed aluminum profiles in the same model with the corresponding angles at which they had to be cut. By labeling these, a complex-looking project was nevertheless easy to implement.
