Blueprint te Woerden
Voor en in samenwerking met het bedrijf Treetek uit Arnhem mochten we het nieuwe houten bedrijfsgebouw uitwerken voor Blueprint te Woerden. Het gebouw bestaat uit 6000m2 bedrijfsruimte en 1000m2 kantoorruimte. De hoofddraagconstructie van het gebouw bestaat uit een combinatie van gelamineerde kolommen en liggers en CLT wand-, vloer- en dak elementen. Deze zijn doormiddel van stalen knooppunten met elkaar verbonden. Door deze geschroefde verbindingen is het gebouw demontabel en herbruikbaar en hierdoor ook toekomstbestendig.
In de gevels, het dakvlak en ter plaatse van de kraanbanen is een staalconstructie uitgewerkt welke weer verbonden is d.m.v. schroefverbindingen met de houtendraagconstructie van het gebouw.
Om de afstemmingen tussen het hout- en staalconstructie optimaal te maken is ervoor gekozen om deze beiden uit mochten werken in Tekla. Hierdoor kon rechtstreeks vanuit het Tekla model het CLT en gelamineerde kolommen en liggers besteld worden. Daarnaast is het Tekla model via de cloud gedeeld is met de staalleverancier, zodat deze het staalwerk 1 op 1 klaar kon maken voor productie. Alle sparingen en voorzieningen voor de installaties welke in het gebouw komen en de bewerkingen / verbindingen van het CLT onderling zijn in het model uitgewerkt om een compleet productie gereed model te krijgen.
Het betreft dus een project waarin verschillende samenwerkingen tussen verschillende partijen (leveranciers CLT, gelamineerde constructie, staalconstructie en installatiewerk) zichtbaar zijn en waaruit ook door verschillende partijen geproduceerd kon worden. Door dit alles op een zo milieubewuste en duurzaam mogelijke manier uit te werken. Kan er een toekomstgericht kantoorgebouw gerealiseerd worden waar we trots op mogen zijn.
Blueprint Woerden
We were allowed to develop the new wooden company building for Blueprint Woerden for and in collaboration with the company Treetek. The building consists of 6000m2 of business space and 1000m2 of office space. The main supporting structure of the building is a combination of laminated columns and beams and CLT wall, floor and roof elements. These are connected to each other by steel elements. These bolted connections make the building demountable and reusable, making it future-proof.
A steel structure has been developed in the facades, the roof surface and at the location of the crane rails, which is bolted to the wooden supporting structure of the building.
To optimize the coordination between the wood and steel construction, it was decided to develop both in Tekla. This made it possible to order the CLT and laminated columns and beams directly from the Tekla model. The Tekla model was shared with the steel supplier via the cloud, so that he could prepare the steelwork 1 on 1 for production. All openings for the installations that come into the building and the connections of the CLT have been made in the model to secure a complete production-ready model.
This is a project in which various collaborations between different companies (suppliers CLT, laminated construction, steel construction and installation work) are visible. Different companies could produce from the same Tekla Structure model. We tried to engineer the building in the most environmentally and sustainable way possible. This way we can built a future-oriented office building, where we can be proud of.
