Aparmánový dům se nachází v blízkosti vodní nádrže Lipno. Železobetonová nosná konstrukce ve vyšších patrech kombinovaná se zděnými stěnami. Objekt má 5 nadzemních a části až 2 podzemní podlaží. Střecha je tvořena ocelovo-dřevěným vaznicovým krovem. Nad posledním balkonem je ocelová konstrukce markýzy.
The apartment house is located near the Lipno reservoir. Reinforced concrete load-bearing structure on the upper floors combined with masonry walls. The building has 5 floors above ground and parts up to 2 underground floors. The roof consists of a steel-wooden purlin truss. Above the last balcony is a steel awning structure.
