Nadmotławie – Sienna Grobla is a prestigious investment located in Gdańsk on the banks of the Motława River with a view of the Old Town. Of particular interest is the front part of the complex with a green common area and a green terrace along the Motława. Within a short walking distance, there is a Long Market of the Royal Way, the famous Crane, and the Museum of the Second World War.

The designed buildings consist of six overground floors and one underground floor. At the ground floor level of the building, a garage hall, commercial premises, fitness center, living quarters and aparthotel premises are planned and on the underground floor a garage hall. On the upper floors there are residential and aparthotel premises.

The complex has been divided into 8 facilities separated from each other by expansion joints. The buildings were designed with reinforced concrete-brick structure. The main vertical structure is reinforced walls. At the garage level, a panel to column construction system was designed, at the ground and upper levels, a wall system. Reinforced concrete slabs, based on walls and beams, have been designed on all floors. The complex will be built on the slab-pile foundation. To protect the building against water, a concrete structure with increased resistance to water penetration was used.
