Mamy przyjemność zaprezentować obiekt typu trzonowo-szkieletowego. Fundamenty budynku stanowią pale żelbetowe zwieńczone cokołem o grubości 3 metrów. Główną konstrukcję stanowi rama złożona ze słupów i belek, która jest stała przez całą wysokość budynku. Drugą, tak samo ważną częścią projektu są płyty stropowe, które obracają się wraz z każdą kolejną kondygnacją o niewielki kąt co w efekcie daje niesamowity efekt. Inspiracją były dla nas istniejące już budynki o podobnej architekturze na przykład w Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich lub w Szwecji. Cała konstrukcja została precyzyjnie zazbrojona i przemyślana. W związku ze wzrostem wytrzymałości betonów i poprawą technologii ich wykonywania istnieje możliwość wykonania budynków takich jak ten.
We are pleased to present a core-skeletal facility. The foundations of the building are reinforced concrete piles topped with a 3-meter-thick slab. The main structure is a column-beam frame that is constant throughout the height of the building. The second, equally important part of the project are the floor slabs that rotate with each successive level by a small angle, which results in an amazing effect. We were inspired by existing buildings with similar architecture, for example in the United Arab Emirates or Sweden. The entire structure has been precisely armed and thought out. Due to the increase in concrete strength and the improvement of the technology of their execution, it is possible to construct buildings like this one.
