The main structure of the tourism and leisure services building is designed using prefabricated technology. The two staircases, the filigree floors and the reinforced concrete balconies with Isokorb connectors are examples of the use of prefabrication technology in this building. The dimensions of the building in plan are 54×15.5 [m]. The main structure consisted of reinforced concrete walls connected to each other with wall connectors and formed dowels.
