Projekt to budowa budynku handlowo-usługowego w ostrej zabudowie o konstrukcji żelbetowej monolitycznej o trzech kondygnacjach nadziemnych (poziom 0, 1 i 2) i jednej kondygnacji podziemnej (garaż – poziom -1). Konstrukcję zaprojektowano jako układ słupowo-płytowy z posadowieniem na płycie fundamentowej. Zaprojektowano lokalne pogrubienia płyty fundamentowej oraz płyt stropowych w rejonach słupów. Fundamenty budynków sąsiadujących wzmocniono za pomocą metody jet-grouting.
The project is the construction of a commercial and service building in monolithic reinforced concrete structure with three above-ground floors (levels 0, 1 and 2) and one underground floor (garage – level -1). The structure was designed as a column-plate system with a foundation on a foundation plate. Local thickening of the foundation slab and floor slabs in the column areas was designed. The foundations of neighboring buildings were strengthened using the jet-grouting method.
