Prezentowane schody to konstrukcja stalowa zapewniająca komunikację zewnętrzną z poziomu kondygnacji mieszkalnej budynku na poziom użytkowego stropodachu.
Główną konstrukcją nośną schodów stanowi wewnętrzna, spiralna belka policzkowa w postaci spiralnej wstęgi o średnicy 273mm z blachy grubości 10mm. Dolny koniec belki oparty został na żelbetowej płycie stropowej, a górny został połączony z elementami podestu. Szerokość skoku wstęgi została dobrana tak, aby stanowiła jednocześnie wewnętrzną balustradę o wysokości 1,10m.
Dodatkowym wyzwaniem było ukształtowanie geometrii schodów w taki sposób, aby możliwy był ich transport na budowę.

Presented staircase isa steel structure providing external communication from the residential storey of the building to the usable roof level.
The main structure of the stairs is an internal spiral beam in the form of a spiral ribbon with a diameter of 273mm made of 10mm thick steel sheet. The lower end of the beam was supported on the reinforced concrete floor slab and the upper end was connected to the platform elements. The stroke width of the beam was chosen so that it also constituted an internal balustrade with a height of 1.10m.
An additional challenge was to shape the geometry of the stairs in such a way that they could be transported to the construction site.
