Projekt se zaměřil na renovaci a modernizaci opuštěného průmyslového objektu, který kdysi sloužil jako sklárna v ulici Průmyslové 907 v Železném Brodě. Konkrétně se plánovala přestavba celého přízemí až do čtvrtého patra severního, východního a západního křídla objektu s cílem vytvořit prostory pro výrobu a další provozní potřeby. Součástí projektu byla také úprava vnitřního atria mezi jednotlivými křídly, které následně budou sloužit k účelnému skladování. V nově upravených prostorách budou realizovány různé výrobní činnosti. Při realizaci projektu je kladen důraz na jednoduchost, snadnou údržbu a zajištění bezpečnosti pro pracovníky. Prostor vnitřního atria lze nově využít k systematickému skladování materiálů a hotových výrobků na paletách, které budou uspořádány v patrových regálech.
Jedná se o halovou stavbu přibližně čtvercového půdorysu. Světlost pod vazník je 12 m. Poloha hlavních nosných sloupů je dána polohou základových patek předchozí demolované haly, do nichž jsou nové sloupy znovu kotveny. Po obvodě hlavní haly je navržen nízký koridor o šířce 2,4 m se světlou výškou pod vazník
4,75 m. Nad střechou koridoru tak vzniká dostatečný prostor mezi stěnami stávajících budov a nově budované haly.

The project focused on the renovation and modernisation of an abandoned industrial building that once served as a glassworks at 907 Průmyslova Street in Železný Brod. Specifically, the plan was to rebuild the entire ground floor to the fourth floor of the north, east and west wings of the building to create space for manufacturing and other operational needs. The project also included the modification of the internal atrium between the wings, which will subsequently be used for efficient storage. Various manufacturing activities will be carried out in the newly adapted spaces. The project is focused on simplicity, ease of maintenance and ensuring safety for workers. The internal atrium space can be reused for systematic storage of materials and finished products on pallets, which will be arranged in multi-storey racks.
It is a hall building of approximately square plan. The clear height under the truss is 12 m. The position of the main load-bearing columns is determined by the position of the footings of the previous demolished hall, into which the new columns are re-anchored. A low corridor of 2.4 m width is designed around the perimeter of the main hall with clearance under the truss
4,75 m. This creates sufficient space above the roof of the corridor between the walls of the existing buildings and the new hall.
