Voor Frisia Zout Harlingen zijn oude bandbruggen vervangen door geheel nieuwe bandbruggen. De langste bandbrug bestaat uit 5 hijsdelen met een totale lengte van ca. 110m.

De bandenbruggen bestaan uit een vakwerkconstructie welke compleet voorzien is van interne transportbanden, afwerking en bekleding en is op locatie op de ondersteuningsconstructies gehesen

KTN Engineering BV heeft de montage/hijs-fase beschouwd alsmede alle werkplaatstekeningen en detailberekeningen van de staalconstructie verzorgd.

Totale tonnage ca. 172 ton.

For Frisia Zout Harlingen, old steel bridges have been replaced by completely new steel bridges. The longest bridge consists of 5 lifting sections with a total length of about 110m.

The bridges consist of a truss construction which is completely equipped with internal conveyor belts, finishing and cladding and was lifted onto the support structures on location.

KTN Engineering BV considered the assembly/lifting phase as well as all workshop drawings and detailed calculations of the steel structure.

Total tonnage approx. 172 tons.
