Este projeto consiste na ampliação da Unidade Industrial CS Wind-PT, em Ílhavo no distrito de Aveiro.
Esta expansão é composta por 5 novos edifícios com utilizações diversas, sendo que apenas 3 deles serão mencionados neste concurso, nomeadamente a Nave C (24 800 m2), o Edifício WT (16 200 m2) e o Edifício IM (10 160 m2 + 2 600 m2 de espaço de armazém).
A nave C e o Edifício WT têm a estrutura principal em pré-fabricados de betão (pilares e vigas), sendo que apenas os perfis de contraventamento de cobertura e fachada são em estrutura metálica. As soluções de revestimento de cobertura e fachada são totalmente constituídas por soluções O Feliz, nomeadamente madres Superómega e chapa simples.
O Edifício IM é constituído por estrutura metálica em que os pilares e as vigas são treliças com cordas em perfis abertos e diagonais em perfis tubulares. Tal como os outros edifícios, as soluções de revestimento de fachada e cobertura são totalmente constituídas por soluções O Feliz, nomeadamente madres Superómega e chapa simples.
Este projeto tem um total de 1300 toneladas de estrutura metálica e 85 000 m2 de revestimentos de cobertura e fachada.
This project consists in an expansion of the existing facilities of the CS Wind-PT Industrial Unit, in Ílhavo, district of Aveiro.
This expansion consists in the construction of 5 new buildings with different uses, only 3 of which will be mentioned in this competition, namely Nave C (24,800 m2), the WT Building (16,200 m2) and the IM Building (10,160 m2 + 2 600 m2 of warehouse space).
Nave C and Building WT have the main structure made of prefabricated concrete (pillars and beams), with only the roof and facade bracing profiles being made of metallic structure. The roof and facade cladding solutions are entirely made up of O Feliz solutions, namely Superómega (cold-formed profiles) and simple sheet metal.
The IM Building is made up of a metallic structure in which the pillars and beams are trusses with chords in open profiles and diagonals in tubular profiles. Like other buildings, the facade and roof cladding solutions are entirely made up of O Feliz solutions, namely Superómega (cold-formed profiles) and simple sheet metal.
This project has a total of 1300 tons of metal structure and 85,000 m2 of roof and facade cladding.
