Dach dwuspadowy o kącie zbliżonym do kąta budynku istniejącego (ok. 13°). Konstrukcja stalowa hali obudowana zostanie płytami warstwowymi.
Cały budynek kotłowni będzie posiadał cokół wykonany z cegły zachowanej z rozbiórki wcześniej istniejącego w tej lokalizacji obiektu. Cokół z cegły będzie stanowił „łącznik” wizualny
z elewacją budynku istniejącego o wartości konserwatorskiej.
Na dachu zaprojektowano stalowe kominy kotłów o wysokości 26,0 m.
W północnej części obiektu zaprojektowano budynek przeznaczony na pomieszczenia branży elektryki i automatyki. Budynek wykonany w konstrukcji szkieletowej żelbetowej z wypełnieniem ścian z elementów murowych. Sztywność przestrzenną budynku zapewnia żelbetowy monolityczny trzon w którym zlokalizowano klatkę schodową.
Budynek kotłowni wpisuje się w obrys rzutu wyburzonego budynku.
Bryła budynku Kotłowni Gazowej zbliżona do rozebranej bryły suszarni. Zachowana będzie gradacja obecnych wysokości panoramy cukrowni – z części niskiej suszarni, przez pierwotną i obecną część wysoką, budynek EC w tle, silos obecny i nowoprojektowany. Gradacja ta nie zakłóci obecnej panoramy cukrowni z budynkami niższymi.

The designed boiler house building is being built on the premises of one of the sugar factories in Poland. The building was located in the place of the demolished part of the dryer building.
At the gable wall of the designed building there is an existing industrial building – an independent part of the building remained after demolition.
The designed building is a free-standing structure separated from the existing building by an expansion joint and a reinforced concrete fire separation wall. The wall is placed on separate foundations, thus preserving its structural and building independence.
The highest part of the designed boiler house building will be boiler hall made ofin a steel structure with a ridge height of 16.00 m, closed with a fire separation wall with a ridge height of 16.30 m. A gable roof with an angle similar to the angle of the existing building (approx. 13°). The steel structure of the hall will be covered with sandwich panels.
The entire building of the boiler house will have a plinth made of bricks preserved from the demolition of the building previously existing in this location. The brick plinth will be a visual “connector” with the façade of an existing building of conservation value.
Steel boiler chimneys with a height of 26.0 m were designed on the roof.
In the northern part of the facility, a building has been designed for rooms for the electrical and automation industry. The building is made of reinforced concrete frame construction with walls filled with masonry elements. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by a reinforced concrete monolithic core in which the staircase is located.
The building of the boiler house is part of the outline of the projection of the demolished building.
The shape of the Gas Boiler House building is similar to the dismantled shape of the dryer. The gradation of the current heights of the panorama of the sugar factory will be maintained – from the low part of the dryer, through the original and current high part, the EC building in the background, the current and newly designed silo. This gradation will not disturb the current panorama of the sugar factory with lower buildings.
