Edifício habitacional, com 8 pisos e cobertura, 88 alojamentos, 1 nível de escritórios no 1° piso, 4 lojas no RdC, 65 lugares de estacionamento no subsolo um jardim ao RdC e um terraço partilhado com horta no 7° piso. Tudo num edifício construído em betão no 1° e 2° piso e 2 colunas de elevadores que fazem a estabilidade do edificio, em que o resto da estrutura é em madeira CLT. No exterior, as varandas e tiaras que contornam o edificio assim como os protetores solares (brise-soleils) em estrutura metálica suportados nas paredes de madeira, sendo o piso das varandas em deck de madeira assim como o teto falso; Todo o edificio foi isolado com o sistema de capoto de 120mm de espessura.

Residential building with 8 floors and roof; 88 housing units, 1 level of offices on the 1st floor, 4 shops on the ground floor, 65 parking spaces in the basement, a garden on the ground floor and a shared terrace/vegetable garden on the 7th floor;
All this in a building built in concrete up to the 2nd floor as well as the 2 elevator shafts (which gives stability), all the rest is built in CLT wood.
Outside, the balconies, the strips and the sunshades were made of steel, supported on the wooden walls, knowing that the floor of the balconies and the false ceiling were created in wooden deck;
The entire building was insulated with a 120mm thick insulation complex.
