Edificio para uso de oficinas, de 14 pisos de altura con 2 subsuelos. Posee una forma circular, siendo cada planta diferente. El peso del proyecto es aprox 1200 toneladas, construido totalmente en acero, con conexiones soldadas.
Building for office use, 14 floors high with 2 floors. It has a circular shape, each floor being different. The weight of the project is approx 1200 tons, built entirely of steel, with welded connections.

In the case of this building, we had different challenges. No one floor was similar to another. We were requested to finish each floor every one or two week, maximum, once level cero was reached.
The BIM was not only use for erection of the building needs, but for the production phase using Strumis software for production planning an fabrication.
