Projekt to rozbudowa szpitala w miejscowości Temple, w stanie Texas. Obiekt jest konstrukcją mieszaną, w przeważającej części stalową, z elementami żelbetowymi w rejonie pracowni tomografów komputerowych.
Całkowity ciężar elementów stalowych to 116 ton. Mamy tu 294 belki, 58 słupów oraz 24 stężenia. Wokół całego drugiego piętra zamodelowaliśmy wieszaki pod oblicówkę, spawane do belek na warsztacie.
Na wschodzie obiektu znajduje się dwukondygnacyjny łącznik z istniejącym budynkiem szpitala.

This is an expansion of existing hospital located in Temple, TX. It’s mainly a steel structure with RC utilised in and around the CT vaults.
Total weight of steel is 116 tonnes. There are 294 beams, 58 columns and 24 braces. We have modelled brick shelfs around the whole of second floor and these were shop welded to the beams.
On the east side there is a two story connector to the existing hospital.
