Wykonaliśmy ponad 1200 rysunków warsztatowych elementów i ponad 200 rysunków zestawieniowych/montażowych/detali.

Hagejordet – a residential estate located in Norway in Lillehammer (Søre Ål district). The project consists of a complex of 4 buildings and an underground parking hall located under three of them. The building was designed using prefabricated technology. The load-bearing structure of the garage consists of reinforced concrete exterior walls, DLB reinforced concrete columns and beams, and HSQ steel beams. The load-bearing structure of the 4- and 5-story buildings consists of a core of reinforced concrete precast walls and columns and steel beams on the facades. The floors are designed with hollow core slabs. The buildings also have precast reinforced concrete balconies supported on a steel substructure.
Constravia was responsible for the calculations of the prefabricated elements, the steel elements, and the stability analysis of the entire building.
Biggest challenges on the project:
– The project was divided into assembly phases, which were applied in the model in Tekla Structures (filters were used) and which had to be followed when issuing production drawings and assembly elements.
– The structure of the balconies was installed after the installation of the lightweight exterior walls, so the connections had to be designed in such a way that this was possible.
– During the design work, coordination between trades was carried out using IFC reference models. This allowed us to detect any conflicts at the design stage.
We created 1,200 cast unit drawings and more than 200 general arrangement and detail drawings.
