Przedmiotem projektu jest stal wsporcza dla masztów tymczasowych na wschodniej elewacji Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. Budynek ten przechodził kompleksową renowacje, w tym wymianę szkła na elewacji. Prezentowane konstrukcje to zestaw dwóch niezależnych platform, zawieszonych na kotwach osadzonych w istniejącej konstrukcji żelbetowej budynku. Największym wyzwaniem podczas pracy na modelu okazały się blachy montażowe, w tym blachy zakrzywione, dopasowane do kształtu okrągłego słupa żelbetowego.

This is the support steel for two mastclimbers located on east elevation of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. The tower was renovated from top to bottom with new glass facade being the primary feature. The structure presented here is a set of two suspended platforms, anchored to the main structural columns and walls of the building. Standout features on this project, apart from the heavy W24 grillage, were the various mounting plates used, including curved plates or plates with alternate holes, if scanning revealed rebar.
