Na projektu největší kruhové dojírny v České republice jsme zpracovali železobetonové konstrukce až do realizační dokumentace. Výrazně zakřivená geometrie a šikmé plochy s otvory kladly vysoké nároky na 3D modelování výztuže a koordinaci.
Pomocí nástrojů BIM a řízení přes Trimble Connect se podařilo efektivně zvládnout složité detaily a minimalizovat chyby na stavbě. Stavba zahrnuje kromě samotné dojírny i zázemí pro obsluhu, technologie a péči o skot.
For the largest rotary milking parlor in the Czech Republic, we delivered the reinforced concrete design up to the level of construction documentation. The highly curved geometry and sloped surfaces with embedded openings posed significant challenges for 3D reinforcement modeling and coordination.
By leveraging BIM tools and project management via Trimble Connect, we successfully handled the complex detailing and minimized on-site errors. In addition to the milking parlor itself, the facility includes spaces for operations, technology, and livestock care.
