Latem 2019 r. w Moskwie zostanie otwarte centrum wyprzedażowe Novaya Riga Outlet Village – nowy projekt stworzony przez jedną z pierwszych i najpopularniejszych rosyjskich placówek outletowych, Vnukovo Outlet Village. Projekt prezentuje unikalną koncepcję projektową w atrakcyjnej dzielnicy handlowej: po wejściu do centrum outletowego, goście znajdują się w improwizowanym mieście w Ameryce Północnej, położonym w przyjaznym środowisku obszarze. Przytulne galerie z oryginalną architekturą wypełnione będą sklepami światowych marek najwyższego segmentu rynku mody, restauracjami i kawiarniami, supermarketem premium, strefami wypoczynkowymi i tematycznym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Powierzchnia kompleksu wynosi 38000 metrów kwadratowych.
Firma Fort Polska zaprojektowała konstrukcję żelbetową i stalową obiektu. Dokumentacja konstrukcji stalowej została opracowana w Tekla Structures 2017. Faza projektu – KM.
Wizualizacje architektoniczne stworzyła firma FORM.

In the summer of 2019, a sales center Novaya Riga Outlet Village will be opened – a new project created by one of the first and most popular Russian outlets, Vnukovo Outlet Village. The project presents a unique design concept in an attractive shopping district: after entering the outlet center, guests will find themselves in an improvised city in North America, located in a friendly environment. Cozy galleries with original architecture will be filled with stores of global brands of the fashion market’s highest segment, restaurants and coffeehouses, premium supermarket, recreation areas and thematic playground for children. The complex’s area is 38000 square metres.
The Fort Polska company designed the reinforced concrete and steel structure of the building. The steel structure documentation was prepared in Tekla Structures 2017 program. Project phase – KM.
