W zakresie projektu było przygotowanie kompletnej dokumentacji warsztatowej i montażowej dla ekranów akustycznych wzdłuż autostrady A6 między węzłami Nürnberg-Ost i Nürnberg-Süd (monolityczne pale, stalowe słupy, prefabrykowane panele). Największym wyzwaniem w projekcie było ustalenie geometrii ścianki, aby jej nachylenie i przebieg pokrywał się z przebiegiem jezdni. Dla uniknięcia uskoków górnej krawędzi ściany, każdy słup musiał być pochylony prostopadle do powierzchni terenu w punkcie jego posadowienia. Bardzo duży nacisk był kładziony na powtarzalność elementów stalowych i żelbetowych, dlatego do wygenerowania skomplikowanej geometrii słupów i powtarzalnych prefabrykatów wykorzystano program Grasshopper 3D.

The scope of the project included the preparation of complete workshop and assembly documentation for acoustic screens along the A6 motorway between the Nürnberg-Ost and Nürnberg-Süd interchanges (monolithic piles, steel poles, prefabricated panels). The biggest challenge in the project was to determine the geometry of the wall so that its slope and course coincided with the road. In order to avoid faults in the upper edge of the wall, each column had to be inclined perpendicularly to the ground surface at the point of its foundation. A lot of emphasis was placed on the repeatability of steel and reinforced concrete elements, therefore the Grasshopper 3D program was used to generate the complex geometry of the columns and repeatable prefabricated elements.
