Deze vrijstaande nieuwbouwwoning in Boskoop, gebouwd op een voormalige akker omringt door water, is een project waar JohlexBouw erg trots op is. Het betreft een prefab houtskeletbouwwoning met bijbehorende bijgebouwen. Zonder Tekla Structures hadden we deze woning niet kunnen bouwen.

Vanuit het schetsontwerp van de architect hebben wij een werktekening gemaakt, om vervolgens alle prefab onderdelen zelf 3D te produceren in onze werkplaats. Binnen twee maanden nadat de vloer erin lag was de woning wind en- waterdicht. Een mooie prestatie, om nog maar te zwijgen over het eindresultaat!

Hout, hout en nog eens hout

Het betreft een fris huis met veel natuurlijke materialen, zoals eiken spanten, stucwerk en houten gevelbekleding. Op de vloer na, die gemaakt is van steen, bestaat deze woning volledig uit houtmateriaal. De ontwikkeling rondom houtbouw is steeds populairder aan het worden onder nieuwbouwprojecten. Naast de schoonheid dat dit met zich meebrengt, is houtskeletbouw ook bevorderlijk voor de duurzaamheid. Bij houtskeletbouw wordt namelijk gebruik gemaakt van duurzame en volledig recyclebare materialen.

This detached new construction house in Boskoop, built on a former field surrounded by water, is a project JohlexBouw is very proud of. It concerns a prefab wood frame house with associated outbuildings. Without Tekla Structures we would not have been able to build this house.

From the sketch design of the architect, we have made a working drawing, to then produce all prefab components ourselves in 3D in our workshop. Within two months after the floor was laid, the house was wind and watertight. A great achievement, not to mention the end result!

Wood, wood and more wood

This is a fresh house with many natural materials, such as oak rafters, stucco and wooden cladding. Except for the floor, which is made of stone, this home consists entirely of wood materials. The development around wood construction is becoming increasingly popular among new construction projects. Besides the beauty that it brings, timber frame construction is also conducive to sustainability. In fact, timber frame construction uses sustainable and fully recyclable materials.
