Oranjekade te Helmond, direct gelegen aan de Zuid-Willemsvaart.
Dit jaar doet VKP opnieuw mee met de Construsoft BIM Awards. We zenden hetzelfde project in als vorig jaar; Oranjekade te Helmond. Hier is voor gekozen, omdat we nog meer informatie in het model verwerkt hebben als vorige jaar. We nemen die informatie vervolgens mee naar alle andere blokken van Oranjekade en toekomstige projecten die we uitvoeren. Hiermee voldoen we aan alle BIM-richtlijnen.
Oranjekade te Helmond bestaat uit vijftien woonblokken wat in 2,5 jaar gerealiseerd wordt. Iedere partij werkt zijn onderdeel geheel uit volgens alle BIM-richtlijnen. Zo worden bijvoorbeeld alle onder stempeling voor de breedplaat vloeren en de balkons getekend, maar ook alle randbeveiligingen. Het gaat zelfs zo ver dat er ook een model is waar de Ytong voor geopperd moet worden. Wij van VKP zijn verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van de HSB-gevelelementen die vanuit de fabriek voorzien zijn van minerale steenstrips.
Het project wordt geheel uitgevoerd en gecontroleerd op alle BIM-aspecten, zoals de BIM-basis ILS, NL-SFB coderingen, naamgeving van de bouwlagen, IFC-classificatie, IsExtenal, Loadbaring maar ook de kleur van stenen en kleur van voegen die wij geheel toevoegen aan onze modellen. De communicatie voor de controles verloopt volledig via de BCF-manager, zodat we ieders model goed kunnen controleren en de problemen direct kunnen communiceren.
We hebben dit jaar extra geïnvesteerd om nog meer informatie vanuit één platvorm te halen. We doen dit met Trimble Connect. Alle modellen, details, productie- en montage tekeningen, maar ook de bestelrapporten staan geheel op Trimble Connect. Op deze manier beschikt iedereen over dezelfde, maar ook actuele informatie. Zo hebben we dit jaar informatie in ons model verwerkt wat in Trimble Connect gemakkelijk te groeperen is. We groeperen het VKP Detailnummer Bouwplaats, VKP Detailnummer Productie, VKP-elektrabenaming, VKP-materiaal, VKP-merknummer en de VKP Montageplanning. Deze informatie wordt vervolgens door de hoofdaannemer aan een 4D-planning gekoppeld.
Alle ankers met de juiste profileringen zijn dit jaar ook in Tekla Structures toegevoegd. Deze worden geheel geëxporteerd naar de Total Stations, zodat het exact duidelijk is waar de gaten geboord moeten worden. Vervolgens worden ook de HSB-elementen naar de Total Stations geëxporteerd, zodat er zonder te hoeven meten met een duimstop of rolmaat de ankers en HSB-elementen snel, correct en eenvoudig gemonteerd kunnen worden.

This year VKP is again participating in the Construsoft BIM Awards. We are submitting the same project as last year; Oranjekade in Helmond. This was chosen because we have incorporated even more information into the model than last year. We take that information with us to all other blocks of Oranjekade and future projects. This means we comply with all BIM guidelines.
Oranjekade Helmond consists of fifteen residential blocks, which will be completed in 2.5 years. Each contributor works out its part completely in accordance with all BIM guidelines. For example, all the stamping for the wide slab floors and the balconies is drawn, as well as all edge protection. It even goes so far that there is also a model for which the Ytong should be suggested. VKP is responsible for supplying the HSB facade elements that are fitted with mineral stone strips from the factory.
The project is fully executed and checked on all BIM aspects, such as the BIM basis ILS, NL-SFB coding, naming of the construction layers, IFC classification, IsExtenal, Loadbaring, but also the color of bricks and color of joints that we completely add to our models. The communication for the checks goes completely through the BCF manager so that we can check everyone’s model and communicate the problems directly.
We have invested this year to get even more information from one platform. We do this with Trimble Connect. All models, details, production and assembly drawings, but also the order reports are available entirely at Trimble Connect. In this way everyone has the same, but also up-to-date information. For example, this year we have incorporated information in our model that is easy to group in Trimble Connect. We group the VKP Detail number Construction site, VKP Detail number of Production, VKP electrical designation, VKP material, VKP brand number and VKP Assembly planning. This information is then linked by the main contractor to a 4D planning.
All anchors with the correct profiles have also been added in Tekla Structures this year. These are completely exported to the Total Stations, so it is exactly clear where the holes must be drilled. Subsequently, the HSB elements are also exported to the Total Stations, so that the anchors and HSB elements can be mounted quickly, correctly, and easily without having to measure with a thumb stop or tape measure.
