Este projeto consiste num edifício de habitação multifamiliar a executar na rua Sacadura Cabral, nº17, na união de freguesias de Algés, Linda-a-velha e Cruz Quebrada – Dafundo, no concelho de Oeiras.
Este edifício encontra-se incluído num empreendimento residencial constituído por 3 edifícios distintos, sendo que apenas um deles será exibido neste concurso, nomeadamente o edifício da Quinta do Cedro.
O edifício é constituído por um piso em cave, um piso ao nível da entrada e seis pisos elevados e laje de cobertura. A estrutura do edifício é totalmente em betão armado até ao piso 1 e daí para cima, numa parte do edifício, é constituída por uma estrutura em aço onde apoiam lajes mistas em betão armado com chapa metálica H60 (O Feliz). Os pilares metálicos apoiam-se em 4 PRS´s também eles metálicos, tendo estes uma altura de 1 500mm e vencem um vão na ordem dos 17 350mm.
This project consists in a multifamily residential building on Rua Sacadura Cabral, nº17, in the municipality of Oeiras.
This building is included in a residential development made up of 3 distinct buildings, only one of which will be submitted to this competition, namely the Quinta do Cedro building.
The building consists in a basement floor, a floor at the entrance level and six elevated floors and a roof slab. The structure of the building is entirely made of reinforced concrete up to the 1st floor and from there upwards, in part of the building, it consists in a steel structure supporting mixed concrete slabs with H60 metal sheet (O Feliz). The metallic pillars are supported on 4 PRSs, also metallic, with a height of 1,500mm and a length of about 17,350mm.
