Dit project heeft aan de binnentuinkant van het gebouw een galerij met balustrades, roosters en twee wenteltrappen.
Vanaf 2D-tekeningen van de architect en de constructeur is de ontwerp met Tekla Structures gemodelleerd en een 3D -model geworden.
De galerij is met kolommen K100/5 en liggers UNP160, de dwarsliggers zijn van IPE120. De balustrades zijn van strip 50/10.

De wenteltrappen zijn de eyecatcher van deze staalconstructie. De kolom (buis B127/6.3) is met sleufgaten getekend en daarna zijn de gaten door de 3D-lasermachine gemaakt, zo wordt het veel makkelijker om de wenteltrap te assembleren.
De perfotreden zijn op maat gezet, gaten voor de spijlen en een klein stuk plaat voor de sleufgat.

De staalconstructie is thermisch verzinkte en onderhoudsvrij.

Door gebruikt te maken van verschillend technieken zijn de wenteltrappen eenvoudiger geworden.

Nu kunnen de bewoners genieten van dit mooi project.

Nieuw gebouwd, kleinschalig studiocomplex met in totaal 21 volledig zelfstandige, volledig gemeubileerde studio’s op een TOP-locatie. Op fiets (en zelfs wandel!) afstand van het centrum van Eindhoven alsmede diverse universiteiten en winkelvoorzieningen.
De studio’s zijn beschikbaar vanaf begin mei 2021 voor maximaal 6 maanden en zijn voorzien van airconditioning voor de hete zomermaanden. Ze zijn luxueus ingericht en gestoffeerd (vloer- en gordijnen). Verder kunnen huurders gebruik maken van de binnentuin, waar u gezellig kunt kletsen, van de zon kunt genieten en uw fiets kunt stallen.
Het studiocomplex is bedoeld voor internationale studenten, jonge (expat) professionals.

On the inner garden side of the building, this project has a gallery with balustrades, grilles and two spiral staircases. From 2d drawings by the architect and the constructor, the design was modeled with Tekla Structures and became a 3D model.
The gallery is with columns K100 / 5 and beams UNP160, the sleepers are made of IPE120. The railings are from strip 50/10.

The spiral staircases are the eye-catcher of this steel construction. The column (tube B127 / 6.3) is drawn with slotted holes and then the holes are made by the 3d laser machine, doing it so it becomes much easier to assemble the spiral staircase.
The perforated steps are cut to size, holes for the bars and a small piece of plate for the slotted hole. The steel construction is hot dip galvanized and maintenance free.

The spiral staircases have become simpler by using different techniques.

Now the residents can enjoy this beautiful project.

Newly built, small-scale studio complex with a total of 21 fully independent, fully furnished studios on a TOP location. Within cycling (and even walking!) Distance from the center of Eindhoven as well as various universities and shopping facilities.
The studios are available from the beginning of May 2021 for a maximum of 6 months and are air-conditioned for the hot summer months. They are luxuriously furnished and upholstered (floor and curtains). Furthermore, tenants can use the inner garden, where you can chat, enjoy the sun and store your bicycle.
The studio complex is intended for international students, young (expat) professionals.
