Prezentowany obiekt to zewnętrzna klatka schodowa, składająca się wyłącznie z elementów żelbetowych prefabrykowanych. Główną konstrukcję nośna stanowią ściany o grubości 20cm. Klatka schodowa ma wymiary w rzucie 3,4 x 6,1 [m], wysokość 11,5m. Na podstawie tego projektu można wyszczególnić niewątpliwe zalety wykorzystania technologii BIM oraz programu Tekla Structures są: skrócenie czasu tworzenia projektu, kontrola kolizji i odpowiednie kształtowanie prętów zbrojeniowych w elementach, przejrzysta i czytelna dokumentacja warsztatowa oraz możliwość generowania plików na produkcje (Unitechnik, BVBS).

The structure presented here is an external staircase consisting exclusively of precast reinforced concrete elements. The main load-bearing structure consists of 20-cm-thick walls. The staircase measures 3.4 x 6.1 [m] in plan and is 11.5 m high. Based on this project, the clear advantages of using BIM technology and Tekla Structures include: reduced design time, clash detection, and proper placement of reinforcing bars within the elements; clear and legible shop drawings; and the ability to generate files for manufacturing (Unitechnik, BVBS).
