Projecto localizado no antigo Matadouro da Corujeira, adjacente ao Estádio do Dragão.
Empreendimento constituído por edifícios existentes, a reabilitar e/ou a construir, com uso previsto de escritórios e zonas culturais (museus e outros).
Um dos edifícios terá uma ligação por ponte pedonal entre o Matadouro e o estádio do Dragão passando por cima da A20.
A obra tem uma cobertura metálica de grandee dimensões e elevado relevo estético.

Project located in the former Corujeira Slaughterhouse, adjacent to the Dragão Stadium.
Project consisting of existing buildings, to be rehabilitated and/or constructed, with planned use as offices and cultural areas (museums and others).
One of the buildings will be connected by a pedestrian bridge between Matadouro and the Dragão stadium, passing over the A20.
The building has a large metal roof with a high aesthetic profile.
