Com o objetivo de promover a descentralização e a proximidade com a população, o Município de Sintra está a desenvolver um novo Edifício Multiusos em Fitares, criando um importante polo cultural e social ao serviço da comunidade.
Este equipamento distingue-se por uma arquitetura imponente e funcional, materializada num edifício de betão armado que alia formas geométricas simples a soluções de engenharia inovadoras.
Com uma área de 1.034 m² e capacidade para 270 lugares, o espaço foi concebido para acolher uma ampla diversidade de eventos, incluindo espetáculos, conferências, exposições e outras atividades coletivas.
A Steelfer teve um papel essencial na execução da estrutura em betão, contribuindo com todo o seu know-how técnico, capacidade industrial e soluções tecnológicas de ponta. O resultado foi uma obra executada com elevados padrões de qualidade, precisão e rapidez.
O modelo BIM desenvolvido reflete não só o rigor construtivo do projeto, como também a sua complexidade técnica, permitindo uma gestão integrada e eficiente de todas as fases da obra.
With the aim of promoting decentralization and proximity to the population, the Municipality of Sintra is developing a new Multi-purpose Building in Fitares, creating an important cultural and social hub for the local community.
This facility stands out for its imposing yet functional architecture, materialized in a reinforced concrete structure that combines simple geometric forms with innovative engineering solutions.
With a total area of 1,034 m² and a seating capacity of 270, the venue is designed to host a wide range of events, including performances, conferences, exhibitions, and other collective activities.
Steelfer played a key role in the execution of the concrete structure, contributing its full technical expertise, industrial capacity, and cutting-edge technological solutions. The result was a project delivered with high standards of quality, precision, and speed.
