Nietypowy projekt budynku mieszkalnego jednorodzinnego. Nowoczesna architektura i innowacyjna technologia izolacji natryskowych pozwoliła na powstanie unikalnego budynku z elementów prefabrykowanych o zewnętrznych ścianach jednowarstwowych. Budynek dwukondygnacyjny z dwoma stropami zespolonymi typu filigran. W ramach tego projektu zaprojektowano m.in. wystający fragment stropu nad parterem jako wspornik o rozpiętości prawie 3m. Nad parterem, po za obrysem ścian występują przewieszone betonowe belki attykowe , które zostały zakotwione w stropie filigran.

Unusual design of a single-family residential building. Modern architecture and innovative spray insulation technology allowed the creation of a unique building made of prefabricated elements with external single-layer walls. A two-story building with two composite ceilings of the filigree type. Among other things, the project included a projecting section of the ceiling above the ground floor as a cantilever with a span of almost 3m. Above the first floor, beyond the outline of the walls there are overhanging concrete attic beams , which were anchored in the filigree ceiling.
