Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na statický výpočet železobetonové monolitické stropní konstrukce, prefabrikovaného schodiště bytového domu v Sedlešovicích a vytvoření kompletního 3D modelu s výztuží metodou BIM. Pro vypočet vnitřních sil byl použit program SCIA Engineer 21.1, kde byl vytvořen 2D model desky a 3D model schodiště. Výpočetní program byl následně využit i na výpočet průhybu stropní desky. Navržená výztuž v řešených konstrukcích byla vymodelována v programu Tekla Structures a následně z těchto modelů byly tvořeny výkresy. Vytvořený 3D model s kompletními prvky vyztužení řešených konstrukcí byl nahrán na Trimble connect, kde byl spojen se stavařskou části, aby byl model bytového domu kompletní. Bakalářská práce byla zpracována v kompatibilním
prostředí BIM ve spolupráci s Ústavem pozemních staveb.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the static calculation of a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure, prefabricated staircase of an apartment building in Sedlešovice and the creation of a complete 3D model with reinforcement using the BIM method. For the calculation of internal forces, SCIA Engineer 21.1 was used, where a 2D model of the slab and a 3D model of the staircase were created. The calculation program was then also used to calculate the deflection of the floor slab. The proposed reinforcement in the designed structures was modelled in Tekla Structures and subsequently drawings were created from these models. The created 3D model with the complete reinforcement elements of the designed structures was uploaded to Trimble connect, where it was connected with the construction part to make the model of the apartment building complete. The bachelor thesis was prepared in a compatible BIM environment in collaboration with the Department of Civil Engineering.
