Piastowska Park to kompleks trzech czterokondygnacyjnych budynków biurowo-usługowych o unikalnych, indywidualnie kształtowanych bryłach, nadających każdemu obiektowi niepowtarzalny charakter. Każdy z budynków został zaprojektowany w technologii prefabrykowanej konstrukcji żelbetowej, uzupełnionej elementami konstrukcji stalowej.
Słupy budynków posadowiono na monolitycznych stopach fundamentowych. Konstrukcję stropów wykonano z prefabrykowanych sprężonych płyt kanałowych, opartych na belkach żelbetowych oraz stalowych. Każdy budynek wyposażono w biegi schodowe i szyby windowe zapewniające sprawną komunikację między kondygnacjami.
Na dachach zaprojektowano stalowe podkonstrukcje przeznaczone pod przyszły montaż instalacji technologicznych, integrujące rozwiązania konstrukcyjne z wymaganiami eksploatacyjnymi obiektu.
Zewnętrzne wymiary budynków w rzucie wynoszą od 39,55 × 11,30 m do 52,42 × 30,68 m dla największego obiektu, przy wysokości około 14,5 m mierzonej od poziomu terenu.
Piastowska Park is a complex of three four-storey office and commercial buildings, each featuring a unique and individually shaped architectural form. All buildings were designed using prefabricated reinforced concrete structures complemented by steel structural elements.
The buildings are supported by prefabricated columns founded on cast-in-place pad footings. The floor structures consist of prefabricated prestressed hollow-core slabs supported by reinforced concrete and steel beams. Each building is equipped with stair flights and elevator shafts, ensuring efficient vertical circulation between floors.
Steel substructures have been designed on the roofs to accommodate the future installation of technical equipment, integrating structural solutions with the operational requirements of the facility.
The buildings’ overall plan dimensions range from 39.55 × 11.30 m up to 52.42 × 30.68 m for the largest structure, with an overall height of approximately 14.5 m measured from ground level.
