Project
Naast het nieuw opgetrokken bedrijfsgebouw voor het Kärcher-filiaal werd aansluitend, en in dezelfde stijl, gebouw ACA Cleaning gerealiseerd. Een perfecte synergie van beide gebouwen op een nieuwe site, weliswaar in 2 aparte gebouwen, maar naast elkaar gelegen, wat zeer belangrijk is voor de logistiek. Voor beide gebouwen sloeg zaakvoerder Carl Lambrecht de handen in elkaar met Beeuwsaert Construct.
Samen met de bouwheer gingen we op zoek naar de meest optimale oplossing om zo op maat van de klant te werken. Door de noden naar de meest praktische indeling, werd het geheel geoptimaliseerd. Zowel in de showroom als het atelier.

Duurzaamheid
De bouwheer koos bewust voor een duurzame nieuwbouw. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van geothermie in combinatie met vloerverwarming om een constante temperatuur aan te houden. Zo wordt ’s winters en zomers een comfortabel binnenklimaat gecreëerd. Daarnaast helpen de grote raampartijen om zonlicht en warmte binnen te trekken. ’s Zomers creëren de ruime oversteken op het verdiep en gelijkvloers dan weer voldoende schaduw. Er is goed over nagedacht!

Wauw-factor
Voor de bouwheer is de eerste indruk van klanten een belangrijk startpunt. De hoge ruimte en de huiselijke uitstraling werken dit wowgevoel in de hand. Hoewel het nog steeds industriebouw is met beton als hoofdelement, hebben we toch unieke nuances gelegd die vertrouwd en warm aanvoelen. Houten lamellen, een afwerking in crepi en vooral de houtstructuren in de betongevels springen verrassend in het oog. Het is een techniek om betonpanelen esthetisch en creatief af te werken met diverse patronen. Ook de gepolierde betonvloer en betontrappen beide uitgevoerd met zwarte kwarts in de massa dragen bij aan de wauw factor.

Gebruik BIM en samenwerking
Bij het uitwerken van het model, een combinatie van prefab beton en staal, werd via BIM uitgewisseld met onze leveranciers. Zo kwamen we tot één geheel met de betonnen voorspan elementen van de ene leverancier enerzijds en de bovenbouw in houtskeletbouw anderzijds. Hoewel we zelf instaan voor de uitwerking van de prefab beton elementen worden deze extern aangekocht, door tekla hebben wij de output zelf in de hand. Dit door de aansturing van de beugelmachines enerzijds en de aangeleverde uitvoeringstekeningen die rechtstreeks de productie in gaan. De staalconstructies hebben wij in eigen beheer en uiteraard worden deze vanuit het tekla model aangestuurd om zo een vlot resultaat te verkrijgen.
Alle plannen, bestanden en BIM worden gedeeld met de ploegen op de werf. Op deze manier kan iedere, misschien wat moeilijkere, bouwknoop uitvoerig bekeken worden. Zo worden ook de fysieke tekeningen heel wat gereduceerd. Het is een interactief bouwpakket op de werf, alle details zijn aanwezig en maken het voor de ploegen aangenamer werken.

Project
Next to the newly constructed company building for the Kärcher branch, the ACA Cleaning building was built adjacently and in the same style. Manager Carl Lambrecht joined forces with Beeuwsaert Construct for both buildings.
Together with the client, we looked for the most optimal solution to work tailor-made to the customer’s needs. The whole was optimized due to the needs for the most practical layout. Both in the showroom and the studio.

Sustainability
The client consciously opted for a sustainable new construction. Geothermal energy is used in combination with underfloor heating to maintain a constant temperature. This creates a comfortable indoor climate in winter and summer. In addition, the large windows help to draw in sunlight and heat. In summer, the spacious crossings on the first and ground floors create sufficient shade. It has been well thought out!

Wow factor
For the client, the first impression of customers is an important starting point. The high space and the homely appearance promote this wow feeling. Although it is still industrial construction with concrete as the main element, we have created unique nuances that feel familiar and warm. Wooden slats, a crepi finish and especially the wooden structures in the concrete facades are surprisingly eye-catching. It is a technique to aesthetically and creatively finish concrete panels with various patterns. The polished concrete floor and concrete stairs, both equipped with black quartz in the mass, also contribute to the wow factor.

Use BIM and collaboration
When developing the model, a combination of prefab concrete and steel, we exchanged information with our suppliers via BIM. In this way we came to a whole with the concrete prestressing elements from one supplier on the one hand and the superstructure in timber frame construction on the other. Although we are responsible for the development of the prefab concrete elements, they are purchased externally, but through Tekla we have control over the output ourselves. This is due to the control of the bracket machines on the one hand and the supplied implementation drawings that go directly into production. We manage the steel structures in-house and of course these are controlled from the Tekla model to achieve a smooth result.
All plans, files and BIM are shared with the crews on site. In this way, each, perhaps more difficult, construction node can be examined in detail. This also reduces the physical drawings considerably. It is an interactive construction kit on site, all details are present and make it more pleasant for the teams to work.
