Het project Martinus Nijhoflaan fase 2 is een woontoren van maar liefst 20 verdiepingen en een commerciële plint voor bewoners en omwonenden. Voor dit project zijn wij zowel de hoofdconstructeur als de uitwerkend constructeur van de prefab geweest. Hierdoor hebben we heel veel informatie vroegtijdig in het 3D model kunnen stoppen. Aangezien de constructie volledig prefab is hebben we de bouwtijd aanzienlijk kunnen verkorten. Alle instortvoorzieningen zijn dan ook verwerkt in het 3D model, zodat we voor de start van de bouw alle passingen goed konden controleren.

The project Martinus Nijhoflaan phase 2 is a residential tower with an impressive 20 floors and a commercial base for residents and neighbors. For this project, we have served as both the main structural engineer and the detailed designer of the prefabricated elements. This allowed us to incorporate a vast amount of information into the 3D model at an early stage. Since the entire structure is prefabricated, we were able to significantly shorten the construction time. All embedded fixtures were therefore included in the 3D model, enabling us to thoroughly check all fittings before the start of construction.
