Este proyecto es una vivienda unifamiliar que consta de dos niveles con una posible ampliación a un tercer nivel.
Esta estructura es de concreto armado en su totalidad y esta completamente detallada con el software Tekla Structures, en esta vivienda se puede apreciar los siguientes elementos estruturales: Muros de contención, zapatas, vigas de cimentación, vigas de arriostre, columnas, vigas, losas reticulares en ambas direcciones con ábacos y una escalera en 3 tramos conformada por dos vigas laterales y peldaños apoyados solo en los extremos
This project is a single-family home consisting of two levels with a possible extension to a third level.
This structure is made of reinforced concrete in its entirety and is completely detailed with the Tekla Structures software. In this house you can see the following structural elements: Retaining walls, footings, foundation beams, brace beams, columns, beams, reticular slabs in both directions with abacuses and a staircase in 3 sections made up of two lateral beams and steps supported only at the ends.
