A SNFC (Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français) adjudicou a renovação da Gare de Lyon ao consórcio Vinci, Martifer, Lenoir e SMAC, ficando a Martifer responsável pelo fabrico e montagem da estrutura metálica e chapa colaborante de toda a estrutura principal e secundária do Hall Norte, Hall Sul e da Galeria Beraudier para a Gare de Lyon Part Dieu.
A obra está dividida em 3 locais da gare:
• O Hall Norte com um total de 270 toneladas
• O Hall Sul (Pompidou) que incluiu 635 toneladas de estrutura metálica e 1 700 m2 de chapa colaborante dividida por 2 pisos interiores.
• A parte central (Galerie Beraudier) que inclui 850 t de estrutura metálica e 4 600 m2 de chapa colaborante, dividida por dois pisos interiores, também eles em estrutura metálica.
No total a Martifer foi responsável pelo fornecimento, fabrico, pintura, transporte e montagem de cerca de 1657 t de estrutura metálica e de 6621 m2 de chapa colaborante.
A intervenção da Martifer neste projeto esteve dividida em duas fases, a primeira fase, em participação com a AREP, é a realização de estudos PRO. A segunda fase foi a realização do Projeto de Execução e realização da obra no local, em duas fases distintas no tempo, primeiro o Hall Norte e depois o Hall Sul juntamente com a Galeria Beraudier.
The SNFC (Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français) awarded the renovation of Gare de Lyon to the Vinci, Martifer, Lenoir, and SMAC consortium, with Martifer responsible for the manufacture and assembly of the steel structure and installation of composite decking plates of the entire primary and secondary structure of the North Hall, South Hall, and the Béraudier Gallery at Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu.
The project is divided into three areas of the station:
• North Hall, with a total of 270 tons
• South Hall (Pompidou), including 635 tons of steel structure and 1,700 m² of composite decking spread over two interior floors
• Central section (Béraudier Gallery), including 850 tons of steel structure and 4,600 m² of composite decking, also distributed across two interior floors, both made of steel structure
In total, Martifer was responsible for the supply, manufacturing, painting, transport, and assembly of approximately 1,657 tons of steel structure and 6,621 m² of composite decking.
Martifer’s involvement in this project was divided into two phases: the first, in collaboration with AREP, involved the development of the PRO design studies; the second phase covered the execution design and on-site construction, carried out in two separate stages—first the North Hall, followed by the South Hall along with the Béraudier Gallery.
