W 2024 roku powstała nowa malarnia na terenie naszego zakładu w Brande. Budynek służy do wykonywanie powłok lakierniczych na elementach produkowanych przez naszą firmę. Obecnie bardzo wiele konstrukcji jest poddanym restrykcyjnym wymaganiom w zakresie ogniotrwałości, co sprawia, że konstrukcje te muszą zostać pokryte specjalną farbą ogniotrwałą.
Często wymagana w konstrukcjach powłoka lakiernicza musi być kilkukrotnie nanoszona co wydłuża czas produkcji, w związku z tym potrzebowaliśmy więcej miejsca, aby móc ten proces przyspieszyć. Nasza fabryka wykonuje także malowanie farbami na bazie wody co jest ekologiczne i spójne z wartościami naszej firmy.
Kilkukrotnie zmienialiśmy projekt tej konstrukcji, tak aby był on jak najbardziej wydajny.
Finalny design można zobaczyć na zamieszczonych materiałach.
Konstrukcja składa się z 140 ton stali.
In 2024, a new paint hall was built on the premises of our company in Brande. The building is used to apply paint coatings on components manufactured by our company. Nowadays, a lot of projects are subject to strict fire resistance requirements, which means that these constructions have to be coated with a special fire-resistant paint.
Often, the required paint coating needs to be applied several times, which lengthens the production time, so we needed more space to be able to speed up this process. Our factory also utilizes paints that are water-based, which is ecologically consistent with our company values.
We changed the design of this structure several times to make it as efficient as possible.
The final design can be seen in the posted materials.
The structure consists of 140 tonnes of steel.
