Projektowana wiata przystankowa stanowi jeden z etapów przebudowy węzła komunikacyjnego w Wojkowicach.
Kształt wiaty został opracowany na planie trójkąta. Zaprojektowana wiata stanowi przekrycie w planie ok. 50 metrów długości i 20 metrów szerokości. Konstrukcje wiaty stanowią słupy stalowe utwierdzone w fundamencie wraz z dwuwspornikowymi dźwigarami kratowymi o szerokości całkowitej zadaszenia 7.0m.
Zakresem firmy Weldon było opracowanie projektu warsztatowego, wykonanie oraz montaż konstrukcji. W ramach projektu warsztatowego opracowano pełny model 3D konstrukcji wraz ze statyką węzłów wg EC3. Wykonano pełny pakiet rysunków – rysunki złożeniowe, części pojedynczych elementów oraz rysunki montażowe. Wygenerowane pliki NC .stp, .dxf umożliwiły łatwą prefabrykacje konstrukcji w warsztacie, wykorzystując park maszynowy firmy.
Całość projektu wykonana w TEKLA STRUCTURES.

Interchange center – Bus shelter

The designed bus shed is one of the stages of rebuilding of the transport node in Wojkowice.
The shape of the shed was developed on a triangular plan. The designed shed is covered in plan around 50 meters long and 20 meters wide. The shed structures are columns fixed in the foundation together with two-brackets lattice girders with a total roof width of 7.0m.
The scope of Weldon was to develop a workshop project, as well as make and assemble the structure. As part of the workshop project, a full 3D model of the structure was developed, together with the statics of the nodes according to EC3. A complete package of drawings was made – assembly drawings, single parts of elements and erection drawings. Generated NC .stp, .dxf files enabled easy prefabrication of structures in the workshop, using the company’s machine park.
All the project was designed in TEKLA STRUCTURES.
