Big Springs Village Phase 2 to alpejska wioska o powierzchni 420 000 m2 o mieszanym przeznaczeniu, położona u podnóża Yellowstone Club, prywatnego ośrodka narciarskiego, golfowego i rekreacyjnego na świeżym powietrzu w Big Sky w stanie Montana. Projekt obejmuje budynki nr 5, 6, 7 oraz Centralny Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i będzie zawierał 35 apartamenty mieszkalne na sprzedaż, a także będzie obejmował szereg udogodnień i powierzchni pomocniczych. Całkowity tonaż tego projektu wynosi prawie 3000 ton. Budowa rozpoczęła się pod koniec 2022 r., a zakończenie zaplanowano na 2026 r. Projekt stanowi drugą fazę rozwoju wioski Klubu Yellowstone: budowa pierwszego etapu została ukończona w 2019 r., a wszystkie 48 lokali mieszkalnych zostało sprzedanych (zamkniętych) w tym samym roku.
Z punktu widzenia detalowania projekt obejmował:
– Skomplikowane konstrukcje dachowe – duża ilość połączeń skośnych;
– Specjalne połączenia ram momentowych w systemie odpornym na siły sejsmiczne (SFRS);
– Specjalne połączenia ram BRB;
– Kompleksową koordynacja z innymi branżami ze względu na dużą ilość fasad architektonicznych, zarówno drewnianych, jak i kamiennych;

Big Springs Village Phase 2 is a 420,000 SF mixed-use alpine village situated at the base of Yellowstone Club, a private ski, golf, and outdoor recreational community in Big Sky, Montana. The Project includes Building 5, 6, 7 and Central Utility Plant with 35 for-sale residential condominium units and will also include an array of amenities and support spaces. The overall tonnage of that project is almost 3000 tons. Construction commenced in late 2022 and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The Project represents the second phase of the Yellowstone Club’s village development: construction of Phase 1 was completed in 2019 and all 48 residential units were sold (closed) that same year.

From the detailing perspective that project included:
– Complex roof structures – large amount of skewed connections;
– Special Moment Frame Connections in Seismic Force Resisting System (SFRS);
– Special BRB Frame Connections;
– Complex Coordination with other branches due to the large amount of architectural fascia, both wooden and stone;
